Privacy & Cookie Policy
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended.
Like any website, the servers that host this website automatically record some technical data during normal operation, such as the IP address of the device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the response code and the type of browser. This data is used only to ensure the correct operation and the security of the website (for example to detect abuse or attacks). It is not used to identify visitors and is kept for a limited period, unless it is needed to ascertain offences against the website.
When you write to us through the Contact page we collect the data you enter (name, email address, subject and message), together with the IP address of your device and the date and time of sending. The same applies when you write to us directly by email.
The form is protected against spam by a simple question (the sum of two numbers) checked by our own server: no external anti-spam service is used.
Providing your data through the contact form is optional, but without it we cannot reply to you. Your data is not used for marketing and is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
Data is processed electronically by authorised persons, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures. The whole website is accessible only through an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Messages received through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case for no longer than 24 months from receipt, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or to protect our rights.
Your data may be accessed by the staff of the Studio and by the companies that provide technical services on our behalf – website hosting and maintenance, email services – which act as data processors under Article 28 GDPR. In particular, the company that manages the website (Kodice) receives a copy of the messages sent through the contact form for technical support purposes. Data is not disclosed to other parties, except where required by law. The website and its data are hosted on servers located in Germany, within the European Union, and data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
You have the right to ask us at any time for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, and data portability, and to object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@ritarijillo.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. This website uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for it to work: it does not use profiling, advertising or statistics (analytics) cookies, and it does not include third-party services that set their own cookies (such as social buttons, embedded maps or videos). Fonts, scripts and images are all served by our own server.
Under Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021, technical cookies do not require your consent: for this reason the notice shown on your first visit is for information only and you can keep browsing whether or not you close it.
